1 injured, taken to hospital after shooting in Oakland

(KRON) — One particular person is injured after a shooting Friday evening, the Oakland Police Department confirmed. The shooting occurred round 8:45 p.m. on the 9200 block of A Street.

OPD officers arrived on the scene and noticed a sufferer with at the very least one gunshot wound. First responders took the unidentified sufferer to the hospital.

As of 11 p.m., the sufferer is listed in steady situation. No arrests have been made at the moment.

The 9200 block of A Street is roughly 1.5 miles east of the Oakland Coliseum. The A’s didn’t play at residence Friday evening.
