1 person shot, OPD investigates

(KRON) – The Oakland Police Department is checking out a capturing that happened around 10:15 p.m. on Feb. 16. 

Oakland policeman were sent off to the 5800 block of Oakport Street for the record of a person shot. Responding policemans discovered a specific moved the sufferer to a regional medical facility. Officers discovered that the sufferer was a guy and a gun was recouped from the scene.

The sufferer was obvious dead at the medical facility. 

The OPD Homicide Section has actually taken control of the situation. 

The sufferer’s identification is being held back pending notice to near relative.
