A 15-year-old Pennsylvania girl has actually been left dead after two neighborhood males allegedly had a road race which caused an accident.
According to the Allegheny County Police, in late September 43-year-old William R. Soliday and 37-year-old Andrew Voigt were allegedly racing their cars with the roads of Dravosburg. While a Serra Catholic High School van was transforming at the crossway of Richland method to combine onto Mansfield Bridge, the senior man who was driving a white Volkswagen Jetta crashed into the chauffeur side of the van, t-boning the car packed with youngsters.

According to a criminal problem from the moment acquired by People, there were 4 pupils existing in the van at the time, in addition to the chauffeur:
“The Volkswagen struck the Ford school van on the driver’s side in the intersection of Richland Avenue and 3rd Street. There were no tire skid marks from either vehicle preceding the collision.”
On Thursday, Allegheny County District Attorney Stephen A. Zappala Jr. claimed in an interview recently the accident was so tough it triggered numerous injuries to the guests:
“Three of the kids were ejected from the vehicle on impact.”
Sadly, the extreme accident declared the life of the 4th child that remained in the van, Samantha Kalkbrenner. The teenager apparently died at the scene, according to neighborhood authorities, while Voigt allegedly didn’t also quit after seeing Soliday accident! Now, both males are encountering felony costs for their carelessness. Meanwhile, the DA declared the crasher was “a murderer”:
“At the point of impact between the vehicle and the van, the vehicle was 90 miles an hour at the point of impact, there are no skid marks. These kids are going to school… Driving is a privilege. You do stuff like this. You are a murderer. This is just absolutely an irresponsible act.”
So, so horrible. 90 miles per hour!!
As of Thursday, through the ACP, the senior vehicle driver who crashed into the van is currently encountering felony costs of third-degree murder, uncontrolled murder, murder by a car, and careless driving. His declared racing companion is encountering one felony matter of mishaps including death/personal injury in addition to numerous offenses.
As much as Samantha, her previous principal Robert Childs informed neighborhood electrical outlet KDKA of the student:
“She was the beating heart of her class. The way she treated everyone, the way she was kind to everyone.”
