91-year-old pedestrian killed in Hayward crash

(KRON) — A 91-year-old guy was killed in a crash on Thursday early morning, the Hayward Police Department claimed.

The crash occurred at regarding 7:45 a.m. at the junction of Hesperian Boulevard and Bartlett Avenue. The senior guy got on foot when he was struck by a cars and truck.

The sufferer was hospitalized after initial -responders involved the scene. He passed away from his injuries at the medical facility.

The vehicle driver, a 61-year-old guy, remained at the scene after the crash. He was not hurt and accepted the authorities examination.

The deadly crash was the City of Hayward’s secondly of 2024. Drugs and alcohol are not thought to be elements.
