AI-powered ‘Robo Barista’ to debut at San Jose café: video

(KRON) — Beginning this Saturday, South Bay coffee enthusiasts can have their coffees prepared by a robotic. A regional coffee shop is partnering with Richtech Robotics to bring an AI-powered “robo barista” to San Jose.

The robotic web server, which is called “ADAM,” can offering 2 beverages every 40 secs and lately put beers at Globe Life Field for a Texas Rangers video game.

The robot barista is the initial of its kind in Santa Clara County, according to the cafe, NCM Café. The AI-powered robotic will certainly lag the counter for NCM Cafe’s grand opening at 2092 Concourse Drive in San Jose, on Saturday, April 19.

The NCM Café will certainly be open from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. if you desire to provide a robot-made coffee shop cappucino a shot.
