Man on parole arrested after loaded, stolen firearm found in Fairfield

(KRON) – A man on parole was found with a loaded and stolen firearm in Fairfield on Monday, the Fairfield Police Department stated. 

The Fairfield Police Department send off gotten a telephone call from a confidential individual in the 2400 block of Village Square Boulevard concerning 2 guys spending time a lorry. Police stated the customer had actually seen among the guys bring a weapon.

Responding police officers got in touch with both guys. One of the guys was on parole. The suspect was recognized as 27-year-old Manuel Rodrigues.

According to cops, police officers situated a loaded pistol in the car beside Rodrigues. Upon better examination, police officers were alerted that the pistol was reported stolen. 

Rodrigues was arrested and reserved right into Solano County Jail.
