(BCN) — Petaluma police are seeking public help to find a teenager who went missing early Thursday morning.
At roughly 2 a.m., Petaluma officers had been alerted to a report of a missing juvenile in danger, Anna Joy Higgins, 13. According to police, Higgins left her dwelling at a while after 2 a.m. with a small gym-style duffle bag.
Police stated she doesn’t have her mobile phone.
Higgins is a Hispanic, is 5 toes 6 inches, weighs round 180 kilos, with black hair and hazel eyes. She is believed to be carrying a black hooded sweatshirt with white writing, black sweatpants, and a cross necklace.
