Pleasant Hill police are investigating after a person was discovered lifeless close to a park early Saturday morning.
The division mentioned in a publish on social media that the spouse of the person, recognized as 37-year-old Santiago Jacobo, referred to as to report that she had discovered him unresponsive in the car parking zone of Pleasant Hill Park at round 4:50 a.m.
