A Russian military aircraft collapsed Thursday into the sea off Ukraine’s linked Crimean peninsula, the Moscow-set up governor of the city of Sevastopol stated.

“A military plane has fallen into the sea,” Mikhail Razvozhayev stated in an article on Telegram, without providing the reason.
