SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A San Francisco man was convicted of endangering to eliminate a female with a cooking area blade inside their house while a 4-year-old kid was likewise inside the home, district attorneys claimed.
On Monday, jurors discovered 30-year-old Hugo Urbano De Leon Diaz guilty of kid endangerment, sporting a dangerous tool, and making criminal hazards.
District Attorney Brooke Jenkins claimed, “I hope this verdict helps the survivor as she continues to heal from this trauma.”
