San Jose woman accused of organized theft crimes arrested

(KRON) – A woman accused of being a serial thief was apprehended recently, according to the San Jose Police Department. 

Since 2023, Socorro Punzo fully commited burglaries at numerous San Jose stores, consisting of Macy’s, Ulta, Sunglass Hut and Home Depot, per San Jose PD. 

At around 3 p.m. on March 17, San Jose Organized Retail Theft Detail law enforcement officer carried out a follow-up examination for Punzo, that has numerous felony warrants referring to theft. Police claimed they think Punzo might be connected with loads of various other organized retail theft cases.

SJPD police officers situated Punzo in San Jose and apprehended her.

She was reserved right into Santa Clara County Main Jail for organized retail theft, break-in and grand theft.
