San Lorenzo man arrested, charged with road rage shooting


(BCN) — Alameda County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a San Lorenzo man suspected in road shooting final month, the regulation enforcement company mentioned Tuesday.

On March 19, Andrew Bugar, 27, was arrested on suspicion of a road rage shooting that occurred March 2 within the 200 block of Lewelling Boulevard in San Lorenzo.
