(BCN) — San Francisco police on Wednesday introduced the arrest of a person suspected of a fatal shooting in town’s Oceanview neighborhood final week.
Christopher Kyle Marsh, 46, was nabbed by officers in the 5500 block of Mission Street round 11:40 a.m. final Thursday. According to detectives, Marsh is suspected of the murder of Jorge Villagran, 48.
At 2:39 a.m. on Dec. 13, San Francisco officers had been alerted to a reported shooting close to San Jose and Plymouth avenues, the place they discovered a person with gunshot wounds.
The sufferer, later recognized as Villagran, was pronounced lifeless on the scene.
Besides murder, Marsh has two excellent arrest warrants from the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office and can be suspected of possession of narcotics.
He was booked into San Francisco County Jail for the murder arrest warrant, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
