We must stand by Ukraine and help them defend their homeland for as long as it takes

TWO years in the past, Putin invaded Ukraine.

Two years on, we all know what this implies. Torture. Mass executions. Children kidnapped. Millions uprooted.

A rustic attempting to extinguish one other.

The invasion was wholly unprovoked. But Putin miscalculated. He didn’t anticipate Ukraine’s dogged resistance.

Nor did he anticipate his army to let him down so badly.

And he didn’t anticipate the West to stand by Ukraine. Still, Putin believes he might but eke out a win.

He believes he can outlast us. Our job is to show him improper.

Ukraine’s supporters outweigh Russia economically by round 25 to 1.

We simply must make that energy depend.

Here are 5 priorities for all pals of Ukraine.

First, finance. Second, tools and ammo. Third, coaching. Fourth, tackling sanctions circumvention.

Finally, seizing frozen Russian property.

Ukraine’s struggle is our struggle. We are serving to them defend their homeland. But they’re serving to to defend ours.

We must stand by them. For as long as it takes. Slava Ukraini.
